Editorial Philosophy
The purpose of MarketResearchTech.com is to provide unbiased guidance to individuals and organizations seeking marketing research technology related products including internet marketing software, handheld or touch screen survey systems, CATI systems, data analysis software, and other related products. In my opinion there are very few sources for such information available on the Internet, and it can be frustrating (and time consuming) to try to explore and evaluate each and every option by yourself — not to mention the fact that some of them are pretty hard to find.
…of course if you’re going to listen to me you may wonder as to my motive for providing this information to you. No, I’m not being paid and I am certainly not an employee or affiliate of any of the programs that I review. I am a market researcher myself and specialize in using market technology to reduce the cost and improve the value and accuracy of the research I provide to my employers and clients. Preparing reviews and maintaining this web site gives me the opportunity to regularly check out everything that is out there and helps me keep my thoughts organized.
All of the reviews, commentary and miscellaneous ramblings posted on MarketResearchTech.com solely reflect the personal opinion of Mark Kupferman (me). Software, hardware and services that are reviewed or discussed on this web site reflect my personal understanding of the functionality of the items being reviewed based on publicly available information, trial accounts, and actual experience. I decide which items are reviewed (although I’m always open to suggestions) and accept no compensation or material consideration for what I write. With that said, if I make a mistake (and I will make a mistake!) I will make appropriate corrections. I certainly don’t want to have wrong information on the site.
Nothing on this site should be construed to reflect the official or unofficial opinion or views of my current employer or any previous employer.
Use at Your Own Risk
I would remiss if I didn’t say at least say somewhere on the web site that everything I say is my personal opinion and that you use the information and commentary I present entirely at your own risk. If something bad happens because you listened to something I said, then you need to accept responsibility for being foolish enough to believe free information that you found on the Internet.
